Salt Pig with Oak Lid

A round little pot with an opening big enough to get a whole hand into mid-cook. Glazed inside so the salt doesn't draw moisture through the wall, left raw outside so it feels like stone.
The lids are turned from offcut oak by Tom two doors down and finished with food-safe oil. Each pairs to its pot.
- 11cm diameter, holds approx. 300g of flaked salt
- Stoneware body, oak lid
- Wipe clean; re-oil the lid once or twice a year
